Součástí naší psí smečky jsou i kříženci amerického pitbulteriéra. S ostatními vychází v pohodě, i když s ohledem na svůj věk přeci jen mají rádi doma svůj klid. Ale venku řádí všichni jako černá ruka.

Samuel (APBT x Argentinská doga)

Náš Samiček je prostě náš Samiček. Občas na zabití, ale náš. Dneska už malinko "dědkovatí" a má svoje neřesti, jako je například roztahávání kuchyňských odpadků, úklid chlebníku (čerstvé rohlíky jsou holt čerstvé rohlíky) nebo "nastěhování" svého pelechu do mísy s vodou. Za ideální provozní venkovní teplotu považuje od dvaceti stupňů výše. V zimě leží nejraději obtočen kolem topení, kterého se jen velmi nerad vzdává. Ale se zateplenou bederkou se vydá s námi i na vycházku.

Girunka je velký mazlík. S ostatní psí smečkou si rozumí. Ráda chodí na procházky, ale velký fanda nízkých teplot rozhodně není. Ovšem vycházku do lesa s potřebným vybavením si nikdy nenechá ujít. Takže bederka, a v jejím případě i botky, je nutností. Loni se nám u Giry zničehonic objevila dermatóza. Bohužel tato "bojová" plemena jsou k této kožní chorobě náchylná. U Giry dermatózu spouští nevhodné složky v granulích, které by tam asi být neměly. Takže nám Gira funguje jako jakýsi "barometr" kvalitního krmení.

Aťoušek je syn Sam a Giry. První rok jsme se s ním věnovali sportovní kynologii. Na stopách bylo vše v pohodě, poslušnost v oblibě zrovna neměl, ale na obranách byl machr. Na podzim 2010 jsme zkoušeli i zkoušku ZZO, kde jsme neuspěli. Od momentu, co jsme se zahlásili rozhodčímu, vše zapoměl. V životě nedělal přivolání, na vodítku šel v té chvíli poprvé v životě, sedni - lehni - Co to vlastně je?, při odložení za pochodu vleže se skládal jako opravdový psí senior s těžkou artrózou, aport - Fuj, to mám jako brát do huby? No, to teda ani náhodou. Plný počet bodů jsme dostali jen za dlouhodobé odložení, ale ani to nám nestačilo, abychom postoupili do druhé části (speciální cviky). Od konce roku 2010 na výcvik nebyl čas a tak se Attila flákal téměř dva roky na zahradě. V roce 2013 jsme se ale naší devítileté dceři rozhodli nakrýt fenku - Conie, se kterou se cvičí. A protože chtěla s nějakým psem chodit na cvičák, tak padla volba na Attilu. Základ nějaký měl a záleželo jen na naší "mladé", jak cviky dotáhne do konce. To se jí během dvou měsíců podařilo a v září 2013 s ním složila zkoušku ZOP (93b.). Evča sice musí být na něho docela přísná a velet mu o něco ostřeji než by musel dospělý, ale vzhledem k jejímu věku, váhovému rozdílu mezi ní a Attilou a příslušnosti k "bojovému" plemeni, je to pochopitelné. (I když naše bojové plemeno bojuje tak maximálně s vlastní leností, spánkem a nenažraností.) Evička měla v plánu jít v říjnu na zkoušku ZZO a BH, kterou potřebovali udělat, aby na jaře mohli složit FPr1. Bohužel všechnu jejich přípravu zhatil úraz Attily, který se navenek hojil dobře, ale i přes podavaná antibiotika u Attily propukla sepse. Nezbývá nám než poděkovat naší úžasné kamarádce Jarče, ke které jsme Attilu odvezli a která ho i přes negativní prognózu vyléčila. Během rekonvalescence je Attila stále u své "léčitelky". Pokud půjde vše dobře, snad se nám zjara vrátí. Infekce bohužel poškodila srdíčko, tak uvidíme, jestli bude Aťouš schopen i nadále cvičit nebo nastoupí psí invalidní důchod.
